Questions about an ongoing booking
If it concerns a specific rental, the chat inside the booking is almost always faster than we are: owner and renter talk to each other there directly, and what you agree stays documented with the booking.
If you cannot reach agreement, or something has gone wrong, you can report a booking from inside the app and we will look at the case.
